Position: Team Leader (Care Assessor)
Location: Newcastle (Regent Centre)
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 37.5hr per week (agreed shift patterns with weekend working on a rota basis)
Salary: £25,350 per annum and up to £2,600 through our generous on-call payments
PLUS: bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher. Full induction process, outstanding paid training opportunities, development and career progression, opportunities to gain recognised qualifications, free DBS screening.

By fostering strong collaborations within the team and with external organisations, you will be instrumental in creating personalised, impactful outcomes that resonate deeply with clients' lives.
About You:
This position requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a tangible difference through teamwork and innovative care strategies.
Experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training colleagues in care settings or health and care tasks.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
You must have a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
