Your new company Our client is a reputable personal injury firm with offices across the country. They are currently recruiting a Serious Injury Deputy Team Leader into their Liverpool office. A competitive salary and hybrid working structure are available and negotiable. The office is based in Liverpool city centre, is easily accessible by public transport and has nearby parking. This role includes a bonus based on team and individual performance. Your new role This Serious Injury Deputy Team Leader position will see you handle your own caseload of serious injury claims whilst assisting the head of the department with the daily management of the team. You will be required to manage the performance of the team in line with the firm's and team's objectives and will be accountable for their financial performance. This role will require you to provide full supervisory support to team members, including regular 1-2-1's and guidance on technical issues involving quantum, liability amid general litigation. What you'll need to succeed You must be a qualified solicitor or CILEx who has previously experience running their own Serious Injury caseload. Applicants with experience of high-end multi-track claims will also be considered. Previous supervisory experience is essential. Successful applicants must be very commercially minded and be able to identify opportunities to optimise outcomes in cases for the client and firm.
