This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. This opportunity offers a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
Running and scheduling projects, ensuring targets are met and managing several projects at any one time.
Keeping abreast of any project delays and keeping an eye on cost control.
Delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ensuring clients are always kept up to date on progress and deliverables.
Liaising with internal team, contractors and 3rd parties to quickly resolve any problems or technical issues that may arise.
Writing program and obtaining quotes.
Effectively allocating resources.
You will have/be
Proven project management experience.
Experience leading a team through the entire project life cycle.
Confident in managing multiple projects and priorities at any one time whilst ensuring deadlines are being met.
Strong communicator with the ability to liaise with & provide instruction to a range of parties.
The ability to manage time, generate/manage schedules and workflow of projects efficiently.
High aptitude for MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Desirable:
Experience in a construction or quantity surveying background would be desirable but not essential.
EBOSH or ISOH qualifications.
