Senior Procurement Business Partner

Change-IT are looking for a Senior Procurement Business Partner to join a public sector organisation with offices across the UK including Birmingham, London, Cardiff & Glasgow.
This salary for this position can be up to £45,000 based on location & experience, as well as opting into Civil Service Pension Scheme.
Experience Required:
Experience of utilising a wide range of frameworks, including CCS and Non CCS (e.g. YPO, ESPOetc.)
Experience of the full procurement lifecycle (Cradle to Grave)
Experience of Ad-Hoc Procurement
Excellent management skills, with the ability to support the development of others by sharing technical knowledge and support mentoring of colleagues.
Strong written and oral communication, presentation and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and external suppliers.
Close attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills.
Experience in a wide range of categories
