Job Outline
· To work with the Regional Broking Director to develop income opportunities from existing clients and new clients, creating plans and strategies to convert opportunities into income.
· To provide accurate management information on broking process, market opportunities and team performance.
· To assist with the production of quality submissions to the market to ensure the most favourable outcome for the client or prospect, including broking the risk to market to provide an appropriate clientprospect solution.
· To develop effective broking strategies with the local insurance markets that support company goals, targets and objectives.
· Strong organisational skills are essential for this role, and you will ideally have gained industry knowledge and experience in commercial broking or underwriting.
