Overseeing the entire supply chain process to ensure timely delivery.
Implementing and managing logistics strategies to guarantee cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Monitoring and managing logistics systems to resolve any issues or delays.
Ensuring the highest quality of customer service is maintained at all times.
Managing relationships with logistics service providers.
Ensuring all operations are compliant with health and safety regulations.
Leading and managing the logistics team to achieve set objectives.
Preparing and presenting detailed reports on logistics operations and efficiencies.
