Legal Secretary – Conveyancing

Swindon

Full time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Our client are looking for a legal secretary to join our office in Swindon in the conveyancing team. The role will include providing full secretarial and administrative support to a fee earner within the department.

Key responsibilities:

* Audio typing from digital dictation

* Producing correspondence, forms and documents

* Assisting with client queries by telephone and in person

* Drafting documents from precedents

Knowledge and Experience:

* Previous secretarial experience is essential

* Previous legal experience is essential

* IT literate to include experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

* Experience using case management systems

Key attributes:

* A friendly and professional attitude

* Good attention to detail

* Ability to work quickly and under pressure
