Your primary responsibility will be ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment for both team members and visitors. Collaborating closely with the Experience Manager, you'll orchestrate seamless party planning and execution, fostering repeat business.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years in hospitality management
Proficiency in financial data and KPI management
Team management and leadership experience
Strong customer service and engagement skills
Familiarity with food hygiene and safety standards
Tech-savvy with proficiency in core Microsoft applications
Level 3 food safety qualification
Desirable: IOSH qualification, service-led industry background, personal license holder
