The Role
We currently seek a Hotel Manager to join our fantastic team at Point A Hotel in London.
The roles primary focus is on empowering and developing our people and ensuring every single one of our guests has an unforgettable experience at our hotel.

The ability to manage a hotel, with responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day operation. To demonstrate passion for quality customer service. To be a highly visible manager who leads from the front. To ensure all standards are adhered to within the hotel, with an eye for detail and a strong desire to always maintain these.

Ability to work under pressure
To develop a team through development plans, performance reviews and structured training
Minimum 3 years prior experience in a hotel management role
