The company:
You would be working for a multi-dimensional group of companies with an impressive track-record in the construction industry. You will become a key part of an enthusiastic, motivated, and delivery-focused agile team. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will apply your expertise to design, develop, and maintain visually engaging websites and digital assets.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites for 12 online platforms (11 information sites and 1 e-commerce platform)
Conceptualise and create visually engaging graphics, user interfaces, and digital assets for web platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.
Implement cutting-edge front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to create dynamic and interactive web experiences
Manage and update website content using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
Monitor website performance metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics), identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
The ideal candidate for the role will have:
Proven experience in web development
Experience working with content management systems (WordPress) and Shopify
Proficiency in front-end web technologies and frameworks
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite
An understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Basic knowledge of any back-end development languages and frameworks is a plus.
