Are you an experienced Payroll Professional who is looking for part-time position? I have a fantastic opportuntiy for someone who is confident running a payroll from end to end and is good with systems. My client is looking for someone to work 25 hours per week and is felxible around days etc. They also offer hybrid working. Salary up to £34.5k pro rata depending on experience. This role is a permanent position. You will support the Finance Manager and work in partnership with the appointed outsourced Payroll Provider to collate and process accurate payroll data for submission, ensuring payroll information is compiled by the relevant deadline date each month and at year end. Duties include: To collate and review payroll data for accuracy for onward submission to outsourced payroll provider to ensure an accurate monthly pay run.
To process payroll changes on system to ensure timely and accurate salary payments are made to staff and to prevent overpayments and/or underpayments.
To prepare and send monthly reports to pension providers to ensure that the organisation meets its obligations with regards to pension legislation.
