Responsibilities: As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will:
Make outbound B2B sales calls to our existing customer portfolio. These customers are in their renewal window, seeking to renegotiate their energy tariffs.
Handle hot leads generated by our Lead Generation team.
Establish customer needs and match them with suitable energy products.
Liaise with energy providers to source the right solutions.
Provide accurate written quotations to customers while maintaining account management data within our CRM platform.
Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
Utilize a consultative and value-driven approach to negotiate and close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment.
Requirements:
At least 12 months of sales experience in a B2B telesales environment.
Familiarity with the energy sector.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Excellent pitching, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Outstanding verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Initiative and a desire to learn and grow with the business.
A collaborative team player who can work under pressure.

Base salary: £25,000
