Who We Are: Protocol Education Leeds!
Sitting within the wider Protocol Education team, we are an office of 13 individuals, made up of 3 teams covering all sectors within education: Primary, Secondary and SEND! We are based at our recently refurbished Leeds city centre office 3 days a week, with the other 2 days working hybrid from home. We love working together and welcoming new colleagues, who are always supported to learn and develop as they begin an exciting new journey - after all, we've all been there! We are straight talkers and value open and fluid communication - it is our strong belief that everyone's thoughts and ideas count in our journey of continuous improvement. We work hard, but we also have fun and celebrate our successes.
The Role We are excited to be hiring for a new role within our successful Leeds office for a 'Educator Care Consultant' which will be an integral part within the team to support and assist in our current growth plans! Whether it be a compliance, customer service or administrative background, education experience or are looking for a change in direction within your career this could be the right role for you.Should you choose to accept it, your mission will be to:
To maintain the company's quality standards by complying with all processes and procedures
Support growth across the Leeds location through a significant increase in educator generation, recruitment and speed of compliance
Attract and comply educators across the whole Leeds business focussing predominantly on Support candidates (catch up, intervention, tuition and SEND)
To provide a quality service to all stakeholders interacted with; educators, clients and colleagues.
To meet weekly targets and to work in partnership with the Branch to ensure that educator records are complete and fully compliant.
To maintain the integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of Protocol's database records and operational reports with a particular focus on candidate registrations, availability & status.
To work in effective collaboration with the vetting team, by developing and maintaining a good working relationship

Enjoy teamwork and are able to demonstrate autonomy and initiative
Experienced in customer service and/or education would be desirable but not essential
Competent user of IT systems and programmes
