Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) with a focus on administration, contracts, and operations to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient administration of projects, managing contracts, and optimizing operational processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing project documentation.

Assist in contract management activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of project contracts, amendments, and related documents, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.

Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to ensure contracts are executed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial reports, identifying variances and discrepancies for review by project managers.

Coordinate project logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and equipment procurement, to support project execution.

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and optimize project performance.

Support project risk management activities by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and external partners to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, project management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Proven experience in project administration, contract management, or operations coordination, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.

Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions, and legal implications, with the ability to review and interpret contractual documents.

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2) and best practices.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
