This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation of new systems and enhancing existing ones, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Main Job Purpose: As a Technical Systems Analyst, you'll collaborate across multiple information systems, focusing on business systems. Your responsibilities include supporting the implementation of new systems, resolving ICT service requests and issues, and aiding in the digitization of processes for our Operational and Engineering teams. This role also presents opportunities for rapid career progression within our organization.

Role Level - Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive excellence through effective system utilization.

Understand and document business requirements for short, medium, and long-term objectives.

Consult with End Users, Key Users, and Process Owners to ensure functionality and configuration meet evolving business needs.

Provide seamless BAU changes and support from 1st to 4th Line as per operational demand.

Assist in the provision and support of 'low code' applications based on group architecture.

Develop and maintain consistent solutions across our approved application suite.

Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data/information.

Build and maintain workflows and process automation.

Support other Digital Analysts and leads during resource-intensive project phases.

Key Skills:

Strong technical acumen with the ability to analyse complex situations and drive an excellence culture.

Experience in ICT systems, technical development, testing, and system implementation.

Understanding of GDPR and good practice in complex data management.

Proven ability to work successfully with various stakeholders and communicate complex information simply.

Pragmatic approach, balancing the ideal with the reality of current needs.

Ability to thrive in a complex, rapidly changing, and demanding business environment.

Knowledge of low code and process automation platforms such as Power Platform & Nintex.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the line of business systems team with technical changes and system support.

Manage servers, databases, and resources required to deliver services.

Progress upgrades, maintenance work, and technical changes to systems.

Qualifications:

Experience or background in Engineering/Construction/Industrial Services/QS/Project Controls.
