As a Customer Service Advisor , you'll be the friendly voice, providing exceptional support to their customers via phone, chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with product inquiries, order placements and order tracking.
Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure their satisfaction.
Providing product recommendations and guidance to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
A passion for sport will be a big advantage.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
D2C customer service experience.
Zendesk would be an advantage.
