Dealing with incoming calls and being the 'first point of contact'
Chasing payments and completing sales sheets
Dealing with the Finance paperwork for all Clients
Uploading finance proposales correctly onto the Portal
Sending out daily call stats to the Sales Team
General Administrative duties supporting the Sales Team
Ideal Sales Administrator:
Exceptional Attention to detail and Organisation
Positive, can do attitude with an enthusiastic approach
Strong Administrative background
Ability to use your own initiative and a natural problem solver
