As a Property Manager, you will be instrumental in providing a first-class service in managing our property portfolios. Approve invoices and liaise with external consultants
Contribute to the targets and measurements within the Society's Steering Wheel
To be successful in this role you will need:
Commercial Property background and a member of the RICS (preferred)
Solid knowledge of the commercial legal framework to ensure compliance with all health and safety & legal requirements.
Strong knowledge of property law
Ability to travel
