Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new client opportunities, meet sales targets, and drive business growth.
Customer Success: Provide responsive customer support, explore growth potential with key clients, and drive ongoing improvement efforts.
Sales Process: Collaborate with the Marketing team to propose and refine marketing campaigns, manage lead data using CRM tools, and ensure smooth coordination between pharmacy production and sales.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years in sales or business development roles, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Customer-facing experience preferred, with exposure to start-up or scale-up environments considered advantageous.
Strong relationship-building skills and self-confidence.
Proficient in cold-calling and adaptable to changing business needs.
Highly motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
