About the Business:

One of the fastest growing British heritage brands in drinks are adding to their hugely talented team. This SME has received significant PE backing and is growing at 38% YOY through incredible NPD, big spend in marketing & a top commercial team who have gained lots of new distribution points and customers across Retail and OOH.

They have a tremendous product which is schools accredited and as a result is a category leader loved by retailers and consumers. These guys still have masses of opportunity to go at across channels and the supply chain has the capacity to service that growth.

The team is very strong and the leadership here is second to none. They come from top blue chip FMCG food and beverages backgrounds having then made moves into small/medium size businesses. So, the support structures are in place as well as the mentoring to really step change and accelerates your career path.

As a result of all of this great stuff, we are hiring a top notch new, National Account Manager into the Retail team.

The Role:

This is an all-encompassing role in this dynamic and multi branded business.

This is a National Account Manager role with full responsibility for the leading Convenience accounts across the UK - including the likes of SPAR, Co - Op and NISA. This channel is one the fastest growing in the business and high on the priority list to ensure continued growth.

In an ideal world you will have account management experience in this channel and come from a food or consumer product background. This is a role that demands quick thinking, agility backed up by a keen attention to detail.

There is plenty of scope for development too cross functionally in this high growth business. You wont be confined to your job, due to the nature of the business you will work with loads of breadth and depth like an SME. The SLT are brilliant and coaching and developing but push you to be autonomous and make your own decisions in order to learn faster!

About You:

To be successful we need a passionate team player who exudes positivity and a can-do attitude.

This is a business focused on strong values and sustained growth so the focus on doing the right thing is a must. You will already have a strong background in large, branded consumer business and have experienced multiple rotations within Commercial Account Management.

What you need to bring:

FMCG big business or large branded training background.

Convenience Account Management experience.

Experience of food & beverages is essential.

High drive and ambition led mindset.

Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally.

SME mindset - don multiple hats.

Most importantly, this is about your style, this is a business that puts the customer, and its employees front and centre of everything they do. We need team players who want to have fun and genuinely enjoy what you do.
