What we are looking for...
We are a fast-growing, venture capital-backed dog food subscription business looking for an events coordinator to help us achieve our ambitious sales targets.
A bit about the role
We're searching for an events coordinator to plan and help build out our sales/events calendar throughout the year. As part of the role, you'll be planning and booking events for our remote team members, the cost and location of each event and sales data from previous events. Alongside keeping track of budgets and costs for the events. You'll be a true self starter, who is fantastic with numbers.
The role requires meticulous planning and organisation skills with a can-do attitude. You'll have the chance to grow a team alongside our sales managers, events coordinator and head of sales and build a best-in-class sales and events channel.
A bit about you
Previous events experience isn't necessary but a background within an organisational numbers orientated role is a must (Admin wanting a fast paced environment, Finance, Buying, Events...).
Highly organised and able to carry a busy workload
Excel literate
Self starter- you see opportunities and make things happen
Good communicator- you'll be liaising constantly with our sales managers, events coordinators & Head of Sales.
Confident with Negotiation- you'll be negotiating with many people including events organizers on price, location and on stands.
