Main Duties:
As a Senior Property Accountant , your main duties include:
Managing a self-reliant team of four
Working closely with property accountants with guidance on leases.
Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for rent, including assessing ageing analysis, addressing any discrepancies, and investigating areas requiring further examination
Record property costs and oversee controls and processes
Review our property cash flow every week
Work closely with the Financial Reporting Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist in reconciling client statements
Ensure all landlord/managing agent and franchisor commitments are calculated and verified in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
Coordinate with the legal team on property contracts.
Attend client meetings
Support audits
Location / Office / Culture
The role is flexible with 3 days in the welcoming office space, and the rest at home

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Motivated with their studies
Previous transactional finance experience
