Managing a team of Senior Managers and Managers to ensure that all engagements are being handled in the appropriate way
What you will need:
Relevant Qualification (CTA or ATT)
Enrolled Agent Status
10+ years' experience working across US/UK Tax and either at Director grade, or clear ability to step straight into this level
Twelve years experience in signing off tax Forms relevant to the US markets
In depth experiences with planning for immigration to the US/UK
Wide experiences with the use of the UK/US treaty in detail around business profits, compensation, pensions
Advanced understanding of complex foreign tax credit scenarios and planning solutions.
A strong understanding of CFCs, Subpart F income, GILTI and the potential election planning that can be done to mitigate these factors.
