What you'll be doing Warmly greet customers and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner
Ask questions and listen to customers to learn about their wants and needs to help guide them to find their perfect sofa
Maintain thorough knowledge of DFS products, their features, benefits and cost
Completing customer orders via an Apple Ipad & completing finance applications
Work collaboratively with the team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve the standards of service we offer
Represent DFS values and those of our brand partners in everything that you do
The role is for you if... You have a natural flair for engaging with customers and thrive in a customer facing role
You’re confident to proactively approach customers and discuss their needs
You’re able to build positive relationships within the store
You’re motivated by targets and KPI’s
