Position Overview:
We are looking for a Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 to drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M365 technologies, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Azure AD. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the technical landscape of our organization, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of our M365 environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and design of Microsoft 365 solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
Provide expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing M365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and related technologies.
Develop and implement governance policies, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards within the M365 environment.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Microsoft 365, advising on potential opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Microsoft 365 technologies.
Strong expertise in designing and implementing solutions using SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Azure AD.
In-depth knowledge of M365 security and compliance features.
Experience with migration projects and a deep understanding of M365 integration with other enterprise systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
This role is Hybrid with travel to the offices in Surrey.
Salary up to £90k plus benefits
