Main duties and responsibilities of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer: . To carry out electrical repairs and maintenance as required throughout the site. . Assist with general engineering maintenance tasks as required. . To carry out any electrical installation as required, test, and inspect. . To comply with and assist with the implementation of company food safety, quality, and legality policies as they relate to the role. . Working on machinery such as conveyors, mixers, depositors, and large-scale ovens.
Experience/knowledge requirements for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer: . 18th edition qualified - will take minimum 16th edition as the company can upskill. . Electrical biased with some mechanical and pneumatic knowledge. . Food manufacturing industry background - preferrable. . Willingness to get stuck in and respond quickly to reactive maintenance requirements. . Work as part of a team, taking into consideration the production team. . Ability to plan and prioritise own work. . Ability to remain calm under pressure. . Responsible attitude and attention to detail.
