We now have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Support Desk Analyst to join our fantastic team.

About the role

The CRM Support Analyst who will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support to our customers and is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM systems.

You will provide technical support and assistance to users of our CRM systems and diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to software and configuration, within the ITSM System. We would also expect you to stay up to sate with CRM system developments and best practices.

Who we are looking for:

To be considered for this role you will be a recent graduate with previous work experience, ideally within IT Support. We would also expect;

Experience of documenting Knowledge Base Articles

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Worked in an environment delivering excellent customer service.

Someone who wants to learn and develop their career in IT
