Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and accurate manner.
Work closely with customer services and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
Ensure the warehouse is organised and that safety procedures are followed.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage returns or exchanges of goods when necessary.
Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
Assist in the implementation of new processes to improve efficiency in the warehouse.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a warehouse or stores environment.
Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy warehouse.
Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical fitness, as the role may involve manual handling.
