They are growing their team and need a strong Business Development Manager with experience selling into House builders in the Midlands to join their team.
Description
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with House builders and Merchants in the Midlands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with House builders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
Provide input to the product development team based on customer feedback and market trends.
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Profile
Experience selling Building Materials into House builders and Merchants
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel as needed.
