Finance Manager Opportunity
Are you a finance professional seeking a new challenge in a fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to lead a small team and make a significant impact within our growing organisation. In this role you'll have the chance to contribute both strategically and hands-on, collaborating closely with directors and managers across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, including reporting packs and variance analysis.
Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
Develop and uphold financial processes and controls.
Present reports to senior management, providing analytical insights into business performance.
Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including income and cost reconciliation.
Efficiently manage the small finance team, offering guidance and training as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent experience.
Proficient in producing management accounts.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
