You will have a proven track record of Production and/or Creation Operations to be able to oversee and enhance all aspects of the podcast production and editing operations. This new production role is crucial for pushing our already exceptionally high standards to the next level, through continuous improvement and the creative, innovative spirit that defines our company. Your work will ensure that our global podcasts are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards that will continue to define this industry. A collaborative key team player who not only understands the big picture, but can keep a keen and experienced eye on the intricate details of the operational day to day. You're obsessed with the 1% and marginal gains using data driven assessment and experimentation to deliver best production practice. An always-on impatient proactive with a solutions oriented nature, you will embody our values and support making the impossible possible. You will create production systems, methods and processes for our teams, our company and our podcasts to achieve their collective missionKey Responsibilities:Manage the daily global operations of the podcast production and editing team through workflow optimization.Collaborate with all teams involved in the podcast production and editing process to ensure we execute seamless delivery of our fast paced production schedules.Develop and implement highly effective and reportable operating procedures for all production and post-production activities through an innovation and experimentation mindsetHandle budget planning and cost management for all podcast productions.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing new technologies and processes that enhance production quality and efficiency.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding media production.Be key player in on the best production and editing teams in the world, and continue to elevate a highly efficient and motivated groupRequirementsMust HavesProven experience in media production or creative production management, preferably in a video/visual and social first environment with exceptionally high quality project management skillsStrong understanding of technical skills of production and editing and familiarity with key equipment, software or tools that would enhance our production processesExcellent leadership and communication skills, capable of collaborating with multiple teams and high profile people and projects.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet competing deadlines to the highest of standards, and manage budgets effectively while doing so.A passion for getting the job done, that no task is too big or small for you in the journey of elevating our production process to continue to the next levelA good understanding of the digital media landscape and key podcast distribution channels such as YouTube and SpotifyThis role may regularly require international travel and working outside of standard hours as we align our production operations with the global schedules of high profile hosts and guestsLocationLondon - Shoreditch ~ we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centred around connection and community.Some roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important and your hiring manager will confirm this with you during the interview processOur Values: Our first principles and values for every person in our company no matter their tenure, experience or status, are the same.You will be an endlessly ambitious, passionate professional.
