What You Can Expect
Work Type – 18 month FTC
Location – Watford

Salary – Up to £32,000
Main Responsibilities as a Logistics Co-ordinator
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
Coordinate the installation and deinstallation of products into retail stores.
Resolve customer issues promptly and promote a customer-centric experience.
Uphold the brand by delivering exemplary service.
Escalate complex issues to management.
Serve as a central point of contact for retailers and internal teams.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in the delivery of the products to stores.
Enhance departmental KPIs and the customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & Skills Required
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles or customer service environments.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Experience in liaising with customers and collaborating with internal and external teams.
Background in retail environments and executing sales strategies.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and understand the commercial implications of decisions.
