The Main Responsibilities include

To ensure the general smooth running of the office in line with the Club standards and the SOP manual.

To ensure the provision of customer service to the standards expected by the Club.

To be constantly aware of members needs, scan the room and strive to create the right environment.

To carry out team briefings and training as required.

To ensure the performance standards of the team are maintained.

To carry out data maintenance as and when requested to do so.

- Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
