Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is looking for a dedicated individual who can provide exceptional customer service and efficiently manage warranty claims and product support administration.
Summary:
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months with potential to be extended or made permanent
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 12.30 Friday
Opportunity to be a hybrid role - working from home on Mondays and Fridays
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in completing parts return and warranty claim forms accurately.
Input data into the internal quality management system with precision.
Update and document case statuses, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the warranty adjudicator to promptly resolve claims within contractual requirements.
Raise credit authorisation requests as part of warranty closures.
Expedite orders through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, planning, and organising abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good numeracy and data handling skills.
