Description
As the Senior Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Checking invoices for accuracy
Dealing with queries
Liaising with internal stake holders & suppliers
Working with high volume
Monitoring the inbox
Creating POs
Setting up new suppliers
Chasing suppliers
Checking the cash book
Some processing initially to learn the systems and processes
Supporting 2 AP Clerks and 1 AR Clerk
Profile
In order to be considered for the Senior Finance Assistant role, you must:
Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
Have excellent communication skills
Be a problem solver
Have high attention to detail
Ideally have had some supporting/mentoring experience
Be able to work within a small but busy team
Be able to multi task
Job Offer
The chance to work in a temporary role until at least September 2024.
