We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features and driving the product development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Your key responsibilities as a Product Owner will be:
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plans to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder needs, and development team capacity
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
Engage with customers and gather feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure product meets the desired quality and usability standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the software industry
Background of working on a technical and complex product
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive product vision and motivate teams
Experience in the communication technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
