Your new role
Our Exponential-e Group Sales Academy has been running since 2008 and has a proven record of producing high-calibre sales professionals, many of whom have gone on to have very successful careers including leadership roles
Your first 6 weeks will be spent training; learning how to qualify leads, make cold calls, negotiate and close deals
You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside senior sales team mentors and gain exposure to the full sales life cycle on complex sales opportunities.
What you’ll need to succeed
Aspiration to earn financial recognition for successful performance
Can-do attitude, high achievement drive and a natural aptitude for sales
Strong work ethic, plus excellent communication skills
Experience of working in a sales environment is not essential, however it is the desire to be successful that is most important
What we offer
Basic salary of £28,000 with an OTE of £36,000 in year 1
