Description
Assisting with sales operations within the retail sector
Providing excellent customer service to both Dutch and English speaking clients
Performing administrative duties including data entry and report generation
Ensuring all customer queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner
Supporting the sales team with order processing and tracking
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Profile
A successful 'Dutch Speaking Sales Admin' should have:
A good command of both Dutch and English languages
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within the retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
