About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the Westmead kitchen team that will also be working in the kitchen assisting with the preparation and creation of dishes.

Ideal candidate have prior experience of working with Wood-fired pizza oven,preparing and working with dough or willing to learn.
