Construction – Solicitor/Associate – Up to £85,000 salary
The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an outstanding transactional Construction & Engineering team to work on a varied case load covering all aspects of non-contentious Construction matters including JCT and NEC contract forms.
The firm is recognised internationally for providing solutions to their extensive client base which includes some incredibly large multinationals. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Construction & Engineering offering, they are keen to speak with experienced solicitors wanting to develop and thrive within an exciting, international focused environment.
Whilst fully supported and supervised by senior members of the team, you will have your own workload and be encouraged and expected to form close relationships with all their clients. Much emphasis is put on developing and maintaining client relationships, they encourage their associates to spend as much time with clients as possible.
The Candidate
A Construction Solicitor with 4-6 years post qualification experience
Experienced with industry standard form building contracts
Able to work with limited supervision
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
