We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our dynamic team. As a Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the bar operations, curating an exceptional beverage program, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high service standards and an inviting atmosphere.
- Curate and manage the beverage program, including creative and high-quality drink menus.
- Train and develop bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well-stocked bar.
- Create and implement strategies to drive bar revenue and profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns related to the bar with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar staff role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverages, and industry trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
