Duties forChef De Partie
Working across all section
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preparing specific dishes in a timely manner.
Responsible for managing section such as stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
Following directions provided by the sous/head chef.
Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
The ideal Chef De Partie
Food and Hygiene level 2/3
Have at least 3 years experience as a Chef De Partie especially in production kitchen
Be Friendly, approachable, and professional.
Impeccable appearance/personal grooming.
