Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and set appropriate learning goals.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and other professionals.
Participate in team meetings, parent consultations, and school events.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN.
Knowledge of different learning needs and strategies to support diverse learners.
Excellent communication skills and empathy.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles.
