One of the major players in the world of FMCG and coffee have an exciting Account Manager opportunity working across the Midlands, where you will be responsible for the retention, development and managing of multiple existing key accounts, whilst actively driving new business acquisition. Your customers and prospects will be smaller, independent retailers, convenience and forecourt stores, and workplaces, and you'll be offering competitive "coffee to go" solutions through building and nurturing relationships in this field based role - utilising your understanding of how this customer base works and taking ownership of your business.
As an Account Manager, your exciting new role will involve:
Driving new business acquisition
Obtaining leads through developing and nurturing relationships with key contacts and carrying out research
Retaining, re-contracting and maximising existing accounts
Increasing cup sales volume in existing sites - focusing on quality, social media, improving retail standards
Delivering on-site training to clients
Managing and updating your prospect pipeline
