Location: London

Salary: Circa £30-35k DOE, OTE £50-60k+

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join a private equity backed professional services consumer brand. As a key player in our client's growth strategy, you'll utilise existing partnerships with Estate Agents, Brokers, and Developers to drive sales and expand clientele. Based in the heart of London's business hub, collaborating with a dynamic Direct Sales team, you’ll benefit from a rewarding bonus structure that acknowledges your sales achievements.
The Role:
Collaborate with the Head of Department and Relationship Director to understand partner client bases and segment-specific needs.
Reach out to potential customers who have expressed interest in our client's services, refining referrals and striving for conversions.
Handle and finalise inbound leads, offering advice and assistance to potential clients to secure conversions.
Utilise consultative selling techniques to establish rapport, address inquiries and objections, grasp customer requirements, and offer suitable guidance for enhanced conversions.
Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets established by the Head of Direct Sales.
Maintain accurate and current customer interaction records and sales activities within a CRM system.
Work with the Head of Department and Relationship Manager to devise effective sales strategies and exchange best practices.
Offer insights to the marketing team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and feedback.
Who are we looking for?
Demonstrated expertise in a comparable sales position, ideally within a B2C setting.
Prior involvement in Estate Agency or Legal fields is advantageous.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Capacity to cultivate rapport and forge connections with clients remotely and via phone.
Robust persuasive and negotiation proficiencies.
Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
Ability to thrive both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in utilising CRM software and other sales resources.
Industry knowledge is a beneficial asset.
