Overseeing the audit department, leading an experienced team, and ensuring the highest standard of service is provided to a varied client portfolio.
Using a commercial mindset to strategically drive the firm’s offering, nurturing a network of prospective clients.
Pitching for new business.
Strategic insight.
Internal and external reviews.
Budgeting, negotiating.
Supporting the Partnership team in the delivery of excellence across the whole firm.
Building trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients.
Confidently representing the firm at networking opportunities.
Training audit staff, providing constructive and supportive mentorship.
Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
Any other project work, as deemed necessary
