Job Description My client is an award-winning caterer who works with some of the UK's top visitor attractions and heritage venues.
They are currently looking to recruit a Group Manager to support the onsite General Catering Managers at 3 top London visitor attractions.
Each attraction offers its guests a fabulous food and beverage offer through their cafes, and restaurants as well as offering some of London's most unique events venues.
The Group Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Catering Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, developing and implementing strategies, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong leadership and management skills
Proven experience in the commercial hospitality industry
Ability to develop and implement strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
