We are currently seeking an experienced Well Integrity Supervisor to manage, monitor and maintain the integrity of Perenco UK (PUK) surface and subsea wells, in addition to ensuring full compliance with PUK and regulatory requirements.
This is a key role within the Well Integrity team, with the successful candidate reporting directly to the Well Integrity Team Leader. The Well Integrity team ensures that PUK maintains its high standards of well integrity management, is fully compliant with all PUK and regulatory requirements, in addition to the continued safe and productive operation of PUK surface and subsea wells.
PUK operates, monitors and maintains a wide variety of OEM wellheads, xmas trees, actuators and chokes. Any potential candidate must possess technical knowledge of well integrity / barrier management, wellheads, xmas trees, actuators and chokes.
Key responsibilities include:
Working with the PUK planning department and the WHM service provider to ensure manpower, equipment and spares are available to carryout safety critical maintenance and repairs during scheduled platform visits
Monitoring and reviewing well status on a daily basis and maintaining the annulus data base
Maintaining various well integrity management systems and data bases
Generating new and process completed well integrity work packs
Generating task specific work instructions when required
Preparing for and participating in regulatory audits
Preparing for and participating in independent well examination audits
Carrying out subsea well integrity testing
Arranging for and participating in the generation of wells related P4 deferrals, dispensations, HIRA’s and ORA’s
Providing technical support when required to the Operations, PE, Drilling & Decommissioning departments
Participating in well management policy reviews
The sourcing and procurement of wellhead, xmas tree, actuator and choke spares
Offshore visits will be an expectation of this position
Out of hours calls will be an expectation of this position
Qualifications/Experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same or similar roles is preferable
IWCF Level 4 would be advantageous
