THE COMPANY
Hip Pop® has experienced remarkable year-on-year growth since launching in 2019 and we’re based in the heart of Manchester city centre in the new uber-cool Huckletree space!
Our products include multi-award-winning soda and kombucha and we’re stocked in exciting places ranging from Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose & Booths to Harrods, Fortnum & Mason and even on the Manchester United first team bus!

You're a DRIVER who wants to play a pivotal part within the logistics and warehouse department at Hip Pop Brewery. You will be self-motivated and positive, ready to engage and support full brewery operations, warehousing and logistics, by delivering exceptional customer support and operational results. As the Operations Lead you will play a vital role in supporting each the sales, marketing and warehousing team at Hip Pop.
The Role
Maintaining and building strong relationships with customer operation teams and internal stakeholders.
Managing and executing stock for outsourcing, internal purchase orders and our third party logistics company.
System Management- establish, maintain, and enhance current business systems.
Processing- coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods.
Reporting weekly on targets & objectives
YOUR EXPERIENCE
2 to 3 years’ experience within a similar fast-paced warehousing and/ or production environment.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
FLT Driving License desirable.
Adaptability and a capability to ‘make things happen’.
