Store Manager

Alma Personnel have great pleasure in recruiting for their Stratford Upon Avon based client for a Store Manager.
This role is based in Stratford Upon Avon and will require weekend work so you must be able to commit to this.
This role will require you to make outbound, warm calls to follow up on leads and closing sales so you must be confident. You will be dealing with customers from initial contact throughout so you must be able to build strong, professional relationships.
They are looking for someone who is able to 'wear lots of different hats’ and motivate their team to increase sales, so you must have come from a management role previously.
Main duties of the Store Manager role include:
Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face
Manage a small team of staff
Follow up customer leads with view to closure - there is no cold calling involved in this role
Ensure store targets are met
Implement policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to by the team
Build relationships with customers
Increase sales and motivate the team
Handle customer complaints
The ideal candidate:
Must be sales driven and used to working to targets
You will need to have direct sales experience and be able to drive sales
Will need to be confident, outgoing, and bubbly
Must not be afraid to make outbound calls and closing sales
Will ideally be able to drive as you will be a keyholder so will need to attend site as needed
You will be working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including weekend work so you must be able to commit to this. Weekend working is split between the team and will be on a rota basis.
